Meet Dr. Jasmine Lotey
Dr. Jasmine Lotey’s passion for movement and health began through years of competitive soccer. Her experience in sport sparked a strong interest in human performance, injury prevention, and helping others stay active and healthy.
Her dedication to athletics eventually led her to Weber State University, where she competed in Division I soccer. During this time, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Her studies gave her a strong foundation in human performance, biomechanics, and rehabilitation, further strengthening her interest in helping others move and feel their best.
Education and Chiropractic Training
Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Jasmine pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. During her time there, she deepened her understanding of how the body functions and how proper movement and spinal health contribute to overall well-being.
Her training focused on evidence-informed chiropractic care, functional movement, and patient-centred treatment. This approach allows her to support patients in improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and restoring confidence in their bodies.
Supporting Active and Healthy Lives
At Norwood Health & Wellness, Dr. Jasmine enjoys working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to live comfortably and stay active, whether that means returning to sport, keeping up with daily activities, or simply feeling better in their body.
Her goal is to help patients move more freely, recover from injuries, and build long-term habits that support their health. She values building strong relationships with patients and creating a supportive environment where people feel encouraged throughout their care.
